This micro-learning resource explains a structured approach to evaluating your training and planning improvements. It uses a practical example to work the three steps to take after you have run your training.

These are:

1. Collect several types of data
2. Analyse the data and evaluate the training
3. Review the training and plan improvements.

This resource includes an extra tool. See below for a separate document that includes a range of questions that you can use to get meaningful feedback from your learners. This will support you with step 1.
